I am sitting with my diary for office work and am also noting down some ideas for starting discussions on mylot. Have already initiated some discussions and will start a few more during the next few days. Do you still use a diary or do you rely on your memory or else use the computer to jot down notes or put reminders.

I've stopped using a diary. However I use my mobile to put in reminders etc. At my workplace I have a small whiteboard on he wall for major reminders etc.

I too have a whiteboard in Office for my work related reminders. Now suddenly I am sitting at home and have no access to the whiteboard and am now stuck. Last three days have started again noting in the diary.

I use any idea that comes to mind. If I’m out of ideas then I just comment

I too sometimes spontaneously start discussions if some idea comes to me while I am online.

I use a diary, because my memory is no more what it used to be.

My memory too is going bad. I had recently started making notes on my desktop in office. But now for some days I am at home and stuck because I cannot access the notes on my desktop. So have reverted to writing on my diary again.

@mayka123 I prefer my diary, because I am sure that no matter what happens, it is always available.

I use One Note by Microsoft to do some of my posts. Some posts I do by memory.

Its good to jot down your ideas so you won't forget them, as ideas suddenly just pops up in our heads I don't have a diary but I'd like to start a bullet journal this year. I also have a sticky note app on my phone and I often use it to take note tasks, things, whatever I need to remember. I often see my phone so I'm sure I won't forget to do whatever I listed on the note. Occasionally, for simple things I'd just rely too on my memory.

I had the sticky note app on my desktop in Office. Now since I am at home I have no access to my desktop and I am stuck. So now again starting my diary so that I can carry it with me everyday.

@mayka123 If you always carry your phone around may be you can try the virtual sticky note. You might find it helpful too.

I was encouraged to use a diary when I was in school and it became a habit after that.

I no longer keep a diary but I do have many notebooks in which I jot down various ideas to develop into articles.
