I’m glad my favourite restaurant closed down

I have been getting my snacks from them for years. I refused to eat anywhere else but there. They were clean, friendly and not pricey. I used to leave a tip each and every time for their great service. When I was told that they closed down I was very disappointed. Few days ago I noticed that the restaurant was open again, but by a different owner and staff. And today I thought to give it a try and I’m glad I did. While they weren’t too generous with the fries, the food was much better. It was a very nice meal Do you have a favourite place to eat?

Yes, we have a couple of restaurants not far from our home where we go when we do not want to stay at home.

@Madshadi oh okay now I see. That is lucky the new owners that took over make things even better. That doesn't usually happen in my experience.

@Madshadi I was confused at first why you were happy that your favorite food place closed down, but if it's better now how great that is. Yes, I have several, but I can't afford them hardly ever.

This one is really cheap. I can have a great meal for 8$ only. Of course I can't afford eating there everyday but maybe once a week is OK

We have few good salad restaurants here too, but not Wendy. But salad is a side dish for me I would never go somewhere just to eat salad alone.

I thought you were glad it closed down but you're actually disappointed. We have a restaurant near our place and it has great food so far. We tried it twice

Sometimes a place just needs new owners to make it better, I'm glad it opened back up so you didn't completely lose your favorite place to eat.
