Getting Less Notifications Then They Actually Are On the Discussions.

I don't get it why am not receiving all the notifications on my post regularly since few days
I even changed the browser in a thought that it might be the reason but no change
I recently started experiencing this issue not sure if its something that only I am facing or is it with others too.
I just got two notifications for my last post but on opening the discussion there were 14 responses
Are you also facing something like me?

@nitirrbb7 Yes, I do rather prefer if they did not combine them though. So it would be easier to respond one by one.

@infatuatedbby Yeah actually may be somebody must have suggested it earlier, who never wanted a bunch of individual notifications.

I find it bulks them together not each individual post.

Yeah just realized it, never focused that closely what the notification stated.

Its what JJ has pointed out and that is the way we don't get notifications from all individuals for the same post, instead its combined in a single one.

As JJ says, it seems you don't get individual notifications for every comment/response. I've been here two years and hadn't picked up on this before. That explains why I've been missing some. I think I'm a slow learner sometimes.

@nitirrbb7 That makes two of us. I wonder if anyone else will own up to not knowing this?

@JudyEv Yeah later a group will be formed of many peoples known as "knuckleheads" and we both will be the first entries to it

Sometimes it does say person x responded to your discussion and then another one that says person y responded to your discussion, etc. Usually though, it seems to group responses together in a single notification.
