Hair Appointment and Shopping

I decided to get my hair cut a little shorter than I've had it. I looked at images on the Internet for shorter styles and found one that is similar to what I've had, only shorter. It looks very nice. From there I went shopping. This time I went to Aldi's in the hope of saving money, and think I did a fair job. There are still a few items I need from Wal-Mart, but they can wait. I checked the mailbox this morning before I left for the pool because my new suit was supposed to arrive today and previously it's always been a day early. I wore it to the pool. Good news is my new suit is a size 14, that's down from a size 20, 18, 16, XL, and now 14. As you can see by the photo, it's a swim dress this time. This will take getting used to. I'm not a 100% sure I like it, though it does look nice on and I love the pattern. Now, it's time to interact while my roast cooks in the crock pot. What have you done today? Thanks for reading.

It is. I just have one more size to go, but I still have a lot of weight to lose. I'm getting there.

That suit is so cute I thought it was a dress. It’s going to look great when you go swimming. I shop at Aldi’s too and it saves me a lot of money but I still have a lot I have to go to Walmart for.

I like the suit, I have never tired a swim dress. I plan to go looking next week at Bealls Outlet and Ross to see if they have any I like at a price I like lol

Finding a good price can be difficult. I look for sales on the site I buy from. Sometimes the price is right, but the styles aren't. I hope you find one at the right price and style.

I love that swim dress. Usually, those are the only kind I'll wear if I go swimming. My day is at an end. I didn't do too much today just worked on my PC.

Thank you. I haven't had a swim dress since I was a teenager. I'll probably just be getting used to it when I need to buy the next size down and the last I expect to buy.

Thank you. I love purple and purple prints, so this one fit the bill, along with the style, though I'm not enamored with the dress part of it. I've gotten a few compliments on it at the pool.

@just4him Aww. I buy food to get me through a month like chicken, produce, and some canned goods. I do buy trail mix and sometimes fish too. I average around 30 dollars.

That's incredible that you've gone from a size 20 down to 14. Well done you. It would be a huge incentive to keep either losing a bit more or maintaining your present weight.

This is a few days later. I worked all day today. I like swim suits from the website Swim and Sweat as they are chlorine resistant and seem to last forever. Of course as you are still losing weight, that may not be your route.

I think I've looked at that site. I use Swimsuits for All. I also earn Swagbucks on that site. I do find myself buying suits quite often so I do watch for their sales. I only buy chlorine resistant.
