Got Paid But Not Happy About It

I was waiting to get paid by MSF. They paid me few hours back but I'm not happy about it.
I requested for payment at minimum one dollar as I was aware that there won't be any fee but after getting payment 40 cents were deducted as PayPal fee, thanks to Indian Government and its corrupt practices.
