You know how spoiled kids will throw themselves on the floor and start rolling around screaming when they don't get their way?
Meet Richard, Scar's alter-ego...I call him Dick.

I let my cat inside sometimes, he will be sweet and lay on my feet purring. Other times he tries to attack me and bites so I pick him up and place him outside. I think he pissed in the house again, or was about to but I swear I can smell it, Tony says he don`t.

The saying says, 'Spare the rod, spoil the child'.
So pampering a child beyond the reasonable limit will make them resort to such activities. That doesn't mean one has to use a cane, it only means that they must be under the control of elders till they attain a certain age and learn to behave in a responsible way.
