You know that I am not an expert cook.Usually I do not try out new recipes. But today for a change I tried out a chicken curry based on an online recipe. It was a huge success. Everybody including my son who was visiting me loved it. I wished that the dish had a little more gravy. So now I am thinking of making vegetable fried rice and Chinese chilly chicken tomorrow. Hopefully it will also be a success.

Seeing the pic it seems to be a tasty chicken curry. We don't make chicken at home as my wife is pure vegetarian and she hates making it at home.

I love chicken curry! Especially when it's with some cubed potatoes and carrots. So delicious with a newly cooked rice. Congratulations for cooking one

Fortunately now a days there are so many cooking teachers are available in net. I am a fan of Veena's curry world now. I tried some of her stuffs and all turned good. My children loved the change of taste.

Being a Punjabi Chicken and its preparations are my favorite but I stopped all non-vegetarian dishes a long ago so I am with you on Vegetable fried rice (Pulao). And why Chinese Chilly Chicken? I can give you some wonderful recipes of Indian Chilly Chicken with Gobhi (cauliflower) Manchurian.

Actually I follow Indian recipes.My grandson was asking me whether I can prepare Chinese chilly chicken.I do not know many Chinese recipes either.
