Have any of you ever heard that expression? My dad used to say that whenever my mom or my sister or I would cook something he really liked. Whenever he'd say, "That was so good my tongue beat my brains out", we knew he really loved it.
The picture is a dessert called a Strawberry Napoleon, which a lot of have probably heard of. For my birthday last week my dad thought I'd like something the equivalent of a birthday cake, so he took me to a pastry shop, and I picked a piece of a Strawberry Napoleon. It was absolutely delicious. Yes, it was so good my tongue beat my brains out. Seeing as I haven't had a large quantity of sugar in months it was a special treat.

I've never heard this expression. I've already studied something new today (however it is just Monday morning).
The Strawberry Napoleon looks really great!
