With more than 200 million eggs recently recalled due to salmonella, be aware these are in restaurants as well as local stores
Are you still eating eggs? Some buy eggs from local farms only or have their own chickens.
Salmonella can kill you. Be careful what you eat and where you buy your food.

The problem with naming a brand is they are under so many names, how do we know what is the truth at this point @jstory07
The info is tracked and we should have all of the facts, but do we?

Those colorful eggs belong to a friend with chickens. The type of chicken determines the color of the eggs. @vandana7

@PatZAnthony I remember it already happened a few years ago. It happened here in Europe in November 2016. Only the eggs coming from some countries, I remember Poland, UK, Belgium and The Netherlands.

This is the first I'm hearing of it..
We rarely buy / use eggs these days. But did just finish off a dozen carton last night that we got about two weeks ago.

Imagine how the chickens live that produce those eggs! No wonder there is an issue @Courtlynn

@Courtlynn There are always issues. We have written about this many times on other sites
The chickens live in squalor in most cases.

First I'VE heard of this! Reminds me of the Ala Moana Target Store recall of frozen products that was 13 pages long. I shop at this shop always too, but luckily hadn't bought any affected products.

And yet so many people think this is something that does not happen too often @oahuwriter
Thirteen pages is a tremendous amount of products.

It was a lot of frozen stuff being recalled because temps too low so spoiling and tainted food too dangerous to consume. Now romaine lettuce recall for mainland only so far.
