"I am calling from the brain doctor's office"

Seriously, I got a spam call yesterday that started out with this statement.
Unfortunately, it happened in the middle of my search for Scar while he was missing, and I wasn't in the mood for fun and games, or this would have been great fodder for a recorded spam conversation.
Not calling from the office of Dr Blargdeblar or anyone specific...just 'the brain doctor's office'.
I hope they got a good price on a new brain, because they need one if they want to continue in telemarketing.
I wonder if they had any 'buy one get one free' deals.

Brain doctor could either be a neurosurgeon or a psychiatrist. I will presume it is the latter because he wasn't under the knife and was able to call you. Just the same, the situation is disconcerting The caller might be .....someone sinister.

I got one last night from the IRS telling me that they had a warrant for my arrest, I should have referred them to the brain doctor.
I said something to our GM at work, and he took the number from me and called it twice, they didn't answer as he was calling from a work phone, but when he called from his cellphone he got an answer and gave them an earful. After he hung up we both laughed really hard over it.

@JolietJake The funny thing is here in Canada its referred to as the CRA. And of course the caller obviously was from another country as he had a really heavy accent.

Any other day I would have likely busted out laughing as soon as they said that.
I've been hung up on by spammers before for laughing at them

Maybe I should start answering my phone instead of ignoring all the numbers I don't know, I had no idea it could be so much fun!

Never heard that one before. The one I get the most says they want to help me with my pain. They are the cause of my pain

Did their brain go missing and they were desperately trying to find it?

Who in their right mind would fall for this spam call? Brain surgeons don't make this kind of call! LOL
