Back home with my knee injected.

I am very happy. I did all I was doing to do, even though at some time I thought I would not have time to do it.
I first went to the doctor. The dumb secretary asked me if I had cash because the doctor could not be paid with a credit card for the infiltrations. Of course I didn´t. I never carry a big amount of money in my handbag. Besides, no one is accepting checks here anymore.
The girl looked at me with that sort of face "you´d better go home" and said she´d ask the doctor. He had a patient so we waited. And waited. And waited.
At one moment I decided to ask the secretary again because, as I told Leticia, I would not wait 2 hours to be sent home. As I was talking to the secretary, she said that it was now my turn and that she had told him about my problem.
The doctor, a very handsome 60sh man, asked me what was my problem. None, I said, but you have a problem because I am not carrying any money. That´s not a problem, he answered (handsome AND cute) and asked me to give him the meds.
He injected the Cidoten (corticoids) to both knees and said that we would see how long would it help me. If it didn´t much, we would then see with exercises and if nothing helped only then he´d think about surgery.
BTW, I transferred the money I owed him before starting to mylot.
Noblesse oblige.
My knee still hurts. But will will see what happens after I rest.
See you at my notifications first.

A little better, not perfect. A friend just talked to me about collagen pills.

Hope the injections work for you. My friend is getting them too but it took a few days before she felt a difference.

At least you got treated by this "handsome" doctor of yours. Wished you had his picture or something.

I hope so too. The meds plus the doctor were very expensive even though the doctor charged me half the price.

@marguicha May I know what's the diagnosed condition of your knee? My sister-in-law had a knee operation last year. I do hope you will not have to undego surgery. I wish you well.
