No Pain

Last night I went to bed with Ibuprofen and my cane. This morning I woke up having not gotten up once in the night, and with no need for the cane. My knees feel brand new this morning. I'm walking up stairs like I normally do, and even better, and got a great vigorous workout in the pool. I'm hoping to be back in the fitness center on Monday. Thank you to all those who prayed for me. I feel like a new woman. Thank you Jesus! Now, I can also get this apartment ready for the housing inspection I have next week to determine my housing portion for my rent. I don't have a lot to do, but I do need to wash my kitchen and bathroom floors. With that, the apartment will be ready for anything. I also got the necessary paperwork ready for Social Services so my Medicare will be taken care of. I had a bit of a panic attack yesterday when I received a letter from Social Security telling me the amount of my check for July, when I thought everything was taken care of for my Medicare. Now, it will be. I was able to make a copy this morning of my vehicle title at the Y. So, I'll be leaving to take turn that all in shortly. Today, I'm feeling on top of the world, like nothing could possibly go wrong. I hope the feeling persists through the day. It would be wonderful to think all my problems are behind me. It's a great getting up morning, and I have a brand new set of knees to prove it. No, I didn't have knee surgery, but they still feel brand new. No pain is a great feeling.
