A Bitter and Sweet: "HAPPY FATHER'S DAY?!?"

Early this afternoon, I did some errands in the local mall. Everything is smoothly done. As I walked around, a young lady gave this promo flyer. A local fast food Jollibee has this scheme for the fathers. Uhm I had this question, ‘Do I look like a father now?’ Hahaha I think I need to cut down my weight. It sounds bitter feeling from within.lol I am still SINGLE... At this moment, I lit a candle and put it on my late father’s altar. “How do you celebrate this father’s special day?”

I can't celebrate the father's day with my father, he is too far from me and , I just sent him a gift and call him and greet.

It is´nt celebrate here this weekend as its real date is on the 19th of March. Wishing all others a Happy Father´s Day though. That is really nice of you to light a candle for you Dad as well.

Thank you, my dear friend. This is the thing at least I can offer to my old man. We wanted to visit him in the cemetery. However, it rains in my city every day. My mom will not be comfortable for her.

May be they gave you the flyer so you could celebrate with your father. Father's Day was in March here.

@Shavkat No the dates are not the same around the world, it is the same for Mother's Day, not all the countries celebrate the same day. We celebrate the day of St. Joseph (March 19) and it makes more sense.

As you know I go scuba diving with my son, I will see my dad for a little after scuba diving, nothing special just hand out and talk for a bit.
