Too hot to myLot

Unfortunately, it seems to be so.
My computer (desktop) is in my bedroom.
The only A/C unit is in the living room.
If I had a laptop, I could myLot from in there, but I'm not going to move the desktop back and forth from room-to-room, so I guess until the heat breaks (hopefully by tomorrow) I am limiting my time on the computer.
Please try not to break the site before I get back.

It's warmish here, too. Just nice, actually - 25 Centipedes (can't be bothered to work that out in Fairyheat). I have the advantage that I just got taken out for a couple of pints and a steak sandwich by my daughter as a belated Father's Day celebration. Sitting in the shade with a warm, flat pint (English style) beats sweating in an Olney sauna any day.

Two days ago he said he wasn't coming back because of Dani (The vivaladani person)..
Yesterday he couldn't resist and came back.

It was miserable yesterday...only supposed to reach around 90 F today but the heat index will still get to about 97...I can deal with that as long as the fan is running

@JolietJake I have a fan running, but it's not too bad today because it's no more humid.

If you have a smartphone/mobile you can mylot from that. Or you can move your computer into the air conditioned room for the summer, or put the air conditioner in the bedroom.

No room in the front room for the computer, and I'd have to board up half the bedroom window to put an A/C unit in it...and I don't do phoneternet

I have a/c in all the bedrooms. One is supposed to become an office if I ever get around to having the internet moved in there. Meanwhile, mostly I sit and sweat at the desktop in the living room and watch the crazy humans and what they do across the street.

We only have one 'normal' window in the house, all the others are those tall ones that slide sideways to open, I'd have to do some modifications to put a window unit in one

Hot everywhere it seems. I use fans in the house. A lot easier to carry.

Sit a fan in the floor to your bedroom to bring in the cool from the living room, that is what I did when I had to use window units.

We have a blanket hung in the hall to separate the living room from the rest of the house trying to keep the electric bill down

There is no air conditioner in the bedroom. Isn't it hot to sleep? I suggest you move the air conditioner to the bedroom, so it is not hot to sleep and play computer.

My room retains the most heat. The vents are on and work but this room has always retained the most heat. I have to have two fans on at all times and it's still not as cool as the rest of the house.

It's hot here too. I use a desktop too. But I do have AC in here, but it still sometimes get hot in here because I have the blind up so Lily can look outside. She's right now sleeping on the computer desk near me.

Oops, I dropped it, sorry!
It was quite hot on Sunday, the humidity here was 95%. That's terrible, for sure! Today, it got up to 63 degrees, if you can believe that!

@JolietJake lol. Umm. I don't think that is what defines central air my friend. Unless you situate yourself centrally where the air is.
