Beets?

The liver does us all a wonder of good. It is responsible for removing invaders from the system. It removes toxins, poisonous medications, and extra hormones. It purifies the blood. These things are executed because beets contain phytonutrients that stimulate liver cells to get rid of the toxins. Beets also contains betaine which promotes healing in the liver. They are also responsible for improving digestion, lowering blood pressure and balancing blood sugar. Drinking beet juice can help to deliver more oxygen to the brain. By doing so it can help in preventing cognitive decline which is evident in dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

I read somewhere that beet juice is not good for diabetics, but some people like you said that it is good for diabetics. Not sure who is correct about this.

I hope there's another vegetable that will do the same. No beet will pass these lips.
