Yikes! That scarecrow looks just like the girl from The Grudge or The Ring!
I don't know whether it will scare off crows, but I would keep my distance from it!

@youless This scene is like seeing a character in a Japanese horror movie that you told to guard your rice field
not only birds are frightened, but humans also must be running helter-skelter when they see these scarecrows especially at night

yeah birds wouldn't care, but humans would. It kinda reminds me when I had a cute scarecrow near my kitchen window as a Fall decoration. One night my mother was scared thinking it was a person outside the window. lol
