The rainy season at full steam

So now after the terrible heat and humidity, the monsoon (rainy) season has taken full control. Yes there are intermittent dry and humid days, but the next days we get rains. A few days there was quite a lot of rain and outside life and traffic gets disturbed a lot. Else, if we get sharp sunlight, the humid conditions rapidly pave the way for rains the next day or next few hours. However, states like Kerala and Assam are facing severe floods.

I don't think I'd like to live in a country with a monsoon climate. I don't like high humidity - and I certainly don't like floods!

We had rain twice the past week and it's going to rain again this evening and tomorrow. I like rain, it gets the heat away.

@LadyDuck yes but flood causing rains cause a lot of havoc.

I love rainy seasons which help to reduce the heat faced.

I guess the only thing we can do when it rains is wait till it stops. And look at the positive things rain does. Although, I must admit....too much rain can make me a bit stir crazy, lol.
