I hope you have a little time to do this. There is a girl who lives in Oklahoma which is where I live, although in a different city. She has leukemia, and her thirteenth birthday is September first. She was never able to travel, so she has requested a postcard from all 50 states in America as well as all other countries. @AmbiePam I looked for a scenic postcard from this town, but I don't think this little rural town is a big enough place. So instead I sent her a photo from the next closest town - flower garden. It's a huge garden, one of my favorite places. I wrote a short letter explaining a little about the gardens (it's location next to the Mississippi and the fact that one of the major benefactors started it because he lived across the street - his wife was ill and couldn't travel, so he wanted her to see something nice across the street) - hope she enjoys. Actually the website for the gardens is : - and I need to go there more :-)
