Red is my favorite color always has been, always will be. That's why when I saw this quote I decided to write a little post about this powerful color. Red is the color of passion. As a matter of fact, red roses symbolize passionate love. Red is typically the color an extrovert will wear. The color red draws attention more that any other color. Red is a color with dueling emotions. On the one hand it is associated with happiness, falling in love, infatuation with someone, and passion. On the other hand, it is associated with you've got obsession, jealousy, danger, fear, anger and frustration. I am not sure why this color appeals to me so deeply. What is your favorite color?

I don't really have a favourite colour but I always feel good when I wear red. It gives me courage I think.

Same as @Corbin5 a nice pale pink. Red is not a color that I can wear, we are not compatible. I also prefer pink roses to red roses.

I do wear red at times, but it's not the most flattering for my coloring (blue eyes and blond/brown hair.) Fuschia is my favorite and I think looks the best on me. Runners up are pink and purple which are actually Fuschia mixed together!

Have you had a color analysis? The colors you are mentioned could be included in the summer palette. A summer palette includes the soft shades of the colors you mentioned.

@HazySue I have trouble with the color red. I can only wear certain shades. I like it, but it's not a favorite. My second favorite would be any shade of blue.

It has to be Green. I love the forest, emeralds, and lime sorbet and so on. I love darkest of green velvet. I love the green grass and fields.

Although I do not wear red often, I am always complimented that I wear it very well. When we were married, we left the reception, which was what you did at that time, to change into our going away outfit, and mine was a red silk dress. They played The Lady In Red for us to do our final dance to before we were seated on chairs, and carried out on the shoulders of relatives to the parking lot-another thing that we did at that time. Today I do wear a lot of salmon and pink colours, so a watered down version of red.

I am also a purple person. It is a close second to red. I think most of us have a couple of colors that make up our favorite color. It sounds like you tend towards the jewel tones of color.

My favorite colors are moss green, black, brown, white and gray. I also like mustard yellow. I don't know what these colors mean but I like them a lot.

Those colors are a mix between autumn and winter colors. The moss green and the mustard yellow are the colors of autumn. You sound like a borderline autumn/winter. You have the best of two color lines.
