has everyone have big plans for October or are you just taking it one day at a time.....i don't know what my wife has planned but i am sure we will have to go somewhere...the weather is beautiful now except we are suppose to get rain this coming monday and tuesday but that is ok..have to go to the grocery store now but i will return later//////////////

October is my birthday month so I will be doing something. I was hoping to do archery (I did that in the summer with my partner, his sister, my boys, and her two children. Sharp objects+2 menopausal women, 1 ex-soldier, and 4 teenagers is more fun than you might think)! Anyway, that was the first time I had done that but really enjoyed it so wanted to go again. Not sure I'll have time, though, because I'm going to a show called 'The Meat Loaf Story' the weekend before my birthday. Then I'm going to Whitby for part of the Goth weekend with my big sister later on in the month. I have booked a couple of days off work in October. One of those is during school holiday and was meant to be spent with my youngest son but I'll be driving back from Whitby that day. Hopefully, we'll start out early enough that I can actually spend time with my son. It is about a 4 hour drive.
The other day is a school day so I did think about doing something then but I might have to use that day for wedding plans.
I realise I have written a lot so it looks like I'll be busy but I'll actually be mostly working and probably only doing the two things! Still, that's two more fun things than I do most months! :D

Yes, we are going on an out-of-town trip next week. Our trip for September has been canceled due to some unfortunate events.

October 1 is my oldest daughters birthday and then the rest of the month is celebration free until Halloween (which my grandkids are already planning)
