Emotionally unstable

That is what I think of one of my co workers. She LOOKS for things to be offended by. Really, both of my co workers do this. They spend a lot of time feeling like the lead teacher is picking on them.
I guess if those are the feelings they choose, they are legitimately theirs.
Privately my lead teacher and I discussed how we still do not function as a team.
She told me that she is very glad I came back to my position. It helps her keep her sanity.
Of course it does not hurt that I have over twenty five years experience working with people with special needs. It is to my advantage that I have worked in several schools at varying age levels.
I am glad that I am a valued member of our team, that does not act like a team.

Wow, it must be hard to work with those two colleagues. How do you cope?

Hey friend, long time no see. My next post will tell everyone that I quit today. My supervisor does not blame me, my husband is glad I did it.

That must be really tough. Is it possible that they have narcissistic behaviors?

I guess you cannot avoid such persons in an organization. They lived and dwell on intrigues and makes team work harder to do with them around. You cannot just removed them from the job because what they do does not usually violate company policies so you really have to be patient with them as well.

Hope you can figure out a way to get the team to act like a team it certainly would make things easier.

Yeah in stressful situations like you work in, you do need team work. I really felt that to be the case when I worked in the Veterinarian's back office. No time to mess around or for drama. Just had to do the job and do it right and quick.

I thought I commented on this, guess I did not. I cannot imagine juggling all the things you do.
