Hubby and I are going to go out. I would have been off today for a comp day from work, because our teachers had conferences last night.
I need another BIG cooking and canning pot. We will try thrift shops first.
I will also make a phone call or two about things while we are gone.
Have a great day. I will be back. It is always good to get away.

I did not find anything I needed at the thrift shop, but got a new water bath at Wal Mart, only twenty dollars and it has a rack in it.

I got mine at walmart, the pressure canner was around $100 and I do not recall the exact price but I think I paid $30 for the water canner. They were worth it, I have been using them for years.

At the Wal Mart here I saw a canner for $80 and I got my water bath for $20. It has a rack in it as well. I will get the canner, but may check Amazon first.
