It has been a long day, and I am having a glitch

We drove to pick up the free antenna first this morning. It barely fit in the van, but YAY! Bob's Dr. appointment appears to have gone well. We shall see. He does have a followup scheduled in three weeks. We came home for a bit, after running errands and visiting my sister. We drove to the town where we use a Wal Mart pharmacy, because the urologist wants him to take a med for two days. He phoned in a prescription. Four hours later at the pharmacy, or maybe five hours later, they say they have not gotten it. Maybe he faxed it? They are still waiting to hear from the heart doctor they say--wrong--that prescription has been filled. Never have heard of the urologist. Trip for nothing. I am at home. I am trying to download the guidelines for my shop. I click on the guidelines link. It says that I need to go to the view/submit page to read the guidelines. I click on the view/submit link. I get a message that I cannot view or submit until I download the guide lines. What am I supposed to do? Sent them a message on company e mail. Sometimes life is hard, I guess.

Life was easier in the past, the doctor gave you the prescription and you presented it to the pharmacist. I am glad that here it still works this way.

We will ask for that nest time. Much more likely to go smoothly. I really dislike electronic medical records.

@gardengerty It wouldn't be a proper prescription if it all ran smoothly!!
