Heather Echola Kropsu and a banana for breakfast. Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat for lunch and home made pepperoni pizza roll ups for supper. Snacks here and there. There are many good topical creams that might help your shoulder pain. Using them is kinder to your kidneys.
