We took Little Girl today along with her brother Little Man for her check up on how her leg is healing and a shot for her and Little Man ended up getting two shots while we were there. Her leg is healing fine they said and will do a Xray in two weeks but she no longer has to spend most of her time in a cage and run freely and even play with her brother (under supervision we decided as he is bigger than her and wants to play hard> So unless someone is in the room with them one or the other will be in the cage (or in the bathroom with the door shut) for a little longer. She was real good with the Vet Tech letting him pick her up and lay quietly as he gave her the shot. But Little Man was another story as he hiss and tried to get away and he wasn't happy with his shots at all. We had to be quick to get him back in his box and the lid closed. (I guess Little Girl's stay helped heer to be comfortable with them) When we got them home and let them out together for the first time in over 6 weeks they didn't know what to make of it and since once they got playing some together he was still wanting to play rough and it was just decided that he will be getting some cage time and Little girl having free romping time when no one is around and tonight he sleeps in the cage and she will be free tp [lay and sleep on the bed with sis. We still will keep them apart for meal time as he will eat his and hers too. Still would love to show the emergency Vet Little Girl and how well her leg is doing without having to have surgery or even splint or cast since she was limited in movement being kept in the cage except for litter box breaks and short playtimes. One thing certain these kittens will not be joining the feral society that their mom is a part of and we took over nursing them after she wouldn't.

They are and will be house kitties. Once they have been introduced to Dixie my brother-in- law little terrior they will be released from Sis's bedroom during the day when someone is able to watch and kep them from going through Dixie's doggie door for now.

I love kittens, I hope she will be fine soon so she can stay out of the cage all the time.
