When you have a minute or two you should visit the Ripley's Believe It or Not website. There are some crazy articles on there. Had to share this one with you. Swiss cheesemakers are conducting a long-term study on how music affects the taste of cheese. Speakers are situated in front of the aging rounds of cheese, and blasted with Mozart, Led Zeppelin, or A Tribe Called Quest. The results won’t be in until Spring, but one researcher has his hopes set on hip-hop making the most delicious cheese. Actually talking to plants has been proven to have some positive effect since really it is simply introducing more carbon dioxide to them.

I have visited all the Ripley's Believe It or Not museums that I have encountered traveling in the United States. I am sure that the cheese does not care about music, but cows do. Playing Classical music makes the cow produce more milk, this is proven.

I've read that, too. The latest pop music doesn't have this positive effect on cows. Cows are conservative in their taste.
