Tonight I am making goopy taters and chicken. It's chicken and cubed potatoes baked in olive oil, garlic oil and rib rub. Nice comfort meal for the colder weather that we are having.
Today was my day off,and tomorrow I work four pm to midnight.
So I really wanted to cook tonight.

That sounds delicious.
I made a soup and there is plenty left over.
The soup was spinach, garlic, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. I made cornbread alongside of that. I seasoned the soup with garlic, a pinch of ginger and pepper.
I actually didn't have an egg for the cornbread and so I had to use cornstarch, baking powder and oil instead of the egg. It worked out fine though.
I am thinking I"ll make Pepper Steak next.
Is the BK you work for 24 hours?

Oh okay, but are you walking home at midnight? I'm not sure I could do that. I get freaked out when outside at dark.

@ScribbledAdNauseum riding my bike home, yeah. I ride it there, and then back. Takes about thirty minutes each way.
They don't have any taste to me.

Just had some canned chili but your meal sounds so good. It is almost too cold for me now in Florida I have a small heater I use at night.
