I'm in the Mood for ... Cucumber Salad

For some reason I woke up this morning with a craving for cucumber salad. I am not quite sure why but I decided to not fight the feeling. So, right after my bowl of steel cut oatmeal I got busy slicing up some cucumbers and onions. I put in a bowl an poured in a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and now I have it sitting in the fridge just waiting for lunch time. Meanwhile I am busying myself with online stuff. So here I am connecting, reading and writing and such here on myLot. I think we sold our other house in Summerfield yesterday. We went to the title office and signed a bunch of papers and now we have our fingers crossed hoping this one goes through. They set a date for the closing of Dec 17th. Hope it all works out this time. So, the rest of my day will be reading, writing, and finished the cross stich I am making for my third daughter. It is almost finished so wish me luck in getting it done in the next two weeks. What's on your agenda today? Hope whatever it is you have a wonderful day.

I had to take care of a change with our healthcare insurance and this is done, just in time before November ends. I have cleaned the three bathrooms today, a deep cleaning.

Glad you have taken care of the health insurance, I did that the other day. Deep cleaning of a bathroom, let alone three of them, is quite an undertaking.

@HazySue The main bathroom is the hardest to clean, because it has a bathtub, the smaller one only has a sink and the toilet, it's quickly done.

You'll get it done. I hope the sale goes through, that would be wonderful. The cucumber salad sounds good, but too cold for this time of year, at least where I live.

In a way it's nice here in Florida because it doesn't get bone-chillingly cold. This is coming from someone who doesn't like the heat down here. I eat salads year round.

Cucumber salad is delicious and I have had it many ways. Great deal selling the house and hope it all works out. As for my day...I already posted about that.
