I'm Bad. I Baked Cookies Today

These days when you do holiday baking everyone begs off eating. It's no fun to bring something calorie ridden to a party or event. Every one groans about being tempted or gets mad at themselves for indulging. You are the bad guy who arrives at a party with a fun plate of beautiful cookies or fudge. The noises they make about putting on weight, eating unhealthy or losing control takes all the fun out of it. But they eat anyway. Just eat and keep quiet or don't eat and keep quiet. It's a party. No one cares what you eat or don't eat. It's poor manners to complain about what is served. Asking for the recipe or complimenting the food is fine. P. S. These are for my granddaughter and her boyfriend who will love them! I baked for them because I won’t hear any complaints and they will probably take some home ??.

People say it's unhealthy and complain when you offer them a homemade cookie. They take it and moan about how they shouldnb't be eating it. I say THEN DON'T!

Cookies are my favorite dessert. I haven't baked them in forever. I enjoyed them so much today, I"ll probably make some different ones for Christmas. Maybe cut out sugar cookies!

No, you are not bad at all, on the contrary, you are a very good person who knows how to bring some joy to someone who will appreciate it.

Yes, today my guests loved the cookies and took the rest with them! It's when you bring them to an event you get all the moaners who complain that eating them is unhealthy. Then proceed to eat them. Worse yet you brng them and no one eats I what you brough because they are all on special diets.

Your baking looks so delicious, I don't think that there will be any objections from your granddaughter or anyone who you offer baking to.

They were good. I rolled them in cinnamon sugar before baking and then again before they cooled completely. They were delicious.

I agree completely. Why can't people just say no thank you or share with their spouse or just have one. It does take the fun out of taking food if people groan and moan.
