In this holiday rush to buy the perfect gift, the decorate, and trim the tree, we must never forget "the reason for the season".
It is all too easy to forget what the true, original reason for Christmas day. We need to take a moment during all of this rushing about to send a little prayer up to heaven.
So, I am taking this time to reflect on all involved with this oh so special day and thank God for all of his love and sacrifices that he has made for us.
I made have been clumsy in the way I worded this but it is straight from the heart.

I agree, in the midst of all the busy and "commercialized" celebration, we must always remember why there is Christmas.
