I did all that had to be done to change one pair of my sandals.

I received my sandals yesterday and I found out that one of them did not fit. So I tried to see how they could be changed. Change is free. Even the post to send them back is free. Strange, as they are very inexpensive. Anyway, this evening I used my wits, my notebook and the phone and I´m ready to have the package back to the nearest post office. I´m very proud of myself, considering how dumb I am with technology.
