I made it

I made a cheese ball to take with us to Oklahoma. Last night I did not sleep well, so I am really tired tonight, but I was determined to get it done. The cheese ball is made of cream cheese with Swiss, Feta and Parmesan as well. I put green olives with pimientos and kalamata olives in. Garlic powder, dried basil leaves, chives and green onions. No salt needed. To add a little moisture and creaminess I blended in some herb infused olive oil. Hubby likes olives and I feel like this kind of snack will help him with his weight. The extra herbs are very healing and just down right taste good. If I do not get around to greeting you in the next two days I hope that you all will have a very merry Christmas with many blessings.

Hope you have a Merry Christmas too! And that sounds good, except without the olives for me.

I have a recipe that is just ranch. I have also made it with pineapple. Very versatile. Put in whatever is your favorite.

Yum, the cheese ball sounds delicious. Yes I fed Tony high fat foods when he was on chemo, he gained instead of losing. Merry Christmas Heather.

Merry Christmas, Angie. Even with high calories my first husband lost, but he had Lou Gehrig's disease. I think things will turn around for Bob. I make full fat homemade yogurt and we use butter, etc.

Your country is fourteen or more hours ahead of us. On the other hand, I understand you start celebrating when the Ber months arrive so you have a long celebration.

@GardenGerty yes, it has become a practice here in my country that Christmas season starts on the first day of September, the first of the BER months.
