Off to a Good Start

I hope you all had a wonderful New Year’s Eve and first day of 2019. Unfortunately, some haven’t. I’ve read myLot discussions about people going to the hospital, brain tumors, serious illnesses, and nasty colds and sore throats. A FaceBook friend’s husband passed away today. My heart breaks at such news. I’ve had a pretty crummy 2018, but am optimistic about 2019. Our family had a good start to the new year, and I hope yours did, too. Even Doodles the cat is still partying. He loves playing in a pile of tissue paper, where he attacks the paper, hides under it, and shreds it. I’m so happy he is doing well at his daddy and mommy’s house, losing weight, settling in, and taking his heart meds. Have you had a good start to 2019?

I think I did not. I was having a rough day yesterday because of what I eat. I vomit many times yesterday and I don't like to eat. Now I feel better.

A mixture of happiness and sadness indeed. Here, january 1, we were greeted by a neighbor who is very greedy with the parking lot. So annoying and for a year we have endured such. We are thinking of moving to another place.

My start to 2019 was a normal day and night. Nothing big happened, and nothing bad. Thankfully. It is sad to hear all the bad thats already happened in less than 24hours.
