This afternoon I had an appointment with my pulmonologist. I am happy to say that my oxygen level of my blood was at 90. He was thrilled. So I guess this nebulizer I have been using 4 times a day may be a pain but it is doing my body good.
Not only that he was very pleased at the fact I lost 7 more pounds. For the first time in a long time I had a good doctors visit. I can't tell you how happy that makes me.
After we left the doctors we stopped at WalMart to pick up a few items. Boy was it crowded. It is not the easiest thing in the world to navigate those aisles on one of those motorized things they have. Of course, I have only used one of them once before so I am not very good at driving them.
I am done with my day. I am ready for bed. I know it's early but...so what. I think I will lay down and watch a show or two.
So, how was your day. Oh yes, sweet dreams.

I'm glad to hear that. I've never used a nebuliser all my life but my son dd when he was young because of his asthma. We bought a nebuliser machine which was compact but still bulky and needs electricity. Several months ago I saw a portable nebuliser which was very tiny and you can bring it anywhere with you.

@HazySue I saw it online. There are a lot of models and colourful too. Very convenient especially for babies.

That's great! Do they just do the spirometer test for you, or do they do the "blood gas" test? (My dear late mother of blessed memory said that was one of the most awful things she ever had done to her....and she had two kids and two back surgeries!)

i am glad the nebulizer works well on you. i hope there will be no more external factors that might precipitate your difficulty of breathing, like smoke, or allergy with food.
your oxygen saturation of 90 is also good, in my opinion. take care of your health as always.
