A Sad Homecoming

I just spent a wonderful 15 day Christmas vacation with my son his wife and 3 beautiful grandchildren. Patrick is an Army doctor stationed in Washington State. We had the most lovely holiday. It was not until Joe picked me up from the airport that I learned how much things back here had turned to shambles. I never thought hubby would quit mylot. He has always loved this group like they were his own nieces and nephews. To make matters worse his desktop crashed the next day. That means he can only mylot on his phone but he would never do that. He has also been holding back on his real worries. His son has been severely ill and now has disappeared. Joe can’t find him. Even through all of this he has been faithful to take good care of my mother. He has cooked and brought her fresh food every day. I can not say enough about his kindness. Although he has not said for sure I suspect he will be back in mylot when he gets his computer fixed or gets a new one. I hope you will welcome him back. In the mean time he needs your prayers.

Poor Joe. Better days for him. You were out in my neck of the woods- kind of, anyway. I'm glad you had a lovely holiday.
