I am sure most of you all over the world will remember Lorena Bobbitt from 1993 who cut off a part of her husband's body. They were able to reattach it so he seems to be back to normal. But what an ordeal on the news.
I honestly think she should have served time for attempted murder or assault. Any thoughts?
Bobbitt denied that he ever abused his now ex-wife, Lorena Bobbitt, telling ABC News that she was upset because he wanted a divorce.

I used to call her my hero.

I haven't heard of that story....but wow that is intense. I agree with you that she should have served some time.

Wow... I had forgotten about that. I guess that I would have to know the entire story but it does seem a little extreme because he asked for a divorce... but assault at the very least??

I remember when this happened but totally forgot about it until they started promoting it for 20/20. I didn't get a chance to watch it last night.

I remember the story. I didn't follow it that closely at the time, and don't think that time has lent any clarity. There is her side, his side and somewhere there is the truth.
