I've felt..
Well, honestly? I can't really say.
A bit depressed, a bit anxious. A bit blah. This has been a feeling of mine for the past few days. The constant "I'm sorry" feeling that I have, apologetic for emotions that I can't help but feel.
Then I realized what today was. Now I don't know what to think or feel. Perhaps I should be sad. Perhaps I should feel something, but I don't. I'm neither numb nor over stimulated. I'm just blah.
Right now I am just trying to justify the thoughts in my head. I am trying to make sense of what I know I want, and what I know I need. No, this has nothin to do with purchasing things.
Today.. I am sure it will get better.

Hopefully the wind will calm down then. I am feeling a little better today, which is good. There's still the nagging at the back of my mind, but I am trying to ignore it.

@LadyDuck I don't mind wind but then it brings other worries. We have trees that are old. We had one tree fall a few winters ago. It fell between our house and another.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Try to ignore the nagging. The will will blow until midnight according to the weather forecast. I have enough of this strong wind this year.

I have been feeling this way as well, I have come to the conclusion that it is time I find someone to talk to that can help me sort some feelings out to get back on track. I hope you can overcome your feelings as well, its not a way to spend life.

I hope you can find someone to talk to about your own troubles. I have heard of an app for people who don't want to see a doctor, they can connect to therapists that way if they prefer.
I've gone the therapy route before. For me, it was a horrible experience. I didn't like it at all and I didn't want to be there. I've since learned ways to cope, healthy ways that is. Relaxing music, a good book, a walk. I've got a friend I can shoot a message to whom always makes me feel better, and vice versa.

@cintol I had two different therapists, or maybe three actually. All over different periods of my life. My first experience of one was in middle school, then twice after high school. There's one that I can hardly recall but I remember not liking them and refusing to go anymore. This was after high school so I was out on my own. I think I might have blocked something out, some sort of unpleasantness because I can't recall it, and haven't been able to recall it for years.
You have to do what you have to do, and only you know what's best for you. I believe places like angies list review doctors and therapists as well. It probably wouldn't hurt to read a few reviews, and it might make you feel comfortable before going to a therapist.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Thanks, I too have always done it on my own as well but, there are too many things going on for me now that I just can't sort them anymore so I am gonna give it a shot. I am hoping I actually get a good one that will help and not make things worse for me. If they do I will stop going, I am sorry you had a bad experience with that. I hope you can get to feeling better soon.

Glad it will get better. This time of year is bad for depression.

@celticeagle All you really can do, to be honest. Whether it works or not, it's about trying.

@Courage7 I am sorry you are having a day of it. Yes, well, it's sometimes good to just express things? I messaged my best friend through snapchat earlier and told her that I was having a day, she's very good at making me feel better.
She's my soul sister.
