Hey myLotters,
Today I had a fabulous day. I got up early around 7 am, had breakfast, coffee and gone to the gym to work out. It was a really good day. Once I got home, I did my laundry, took a shower and then lunch. I was a little bored as there was nothing interesting on tv, and I went surfing the web all of the sudden I found a movie to watch in my tablet. So I found a movie called "Brooklyn" Starring Saorsie Ronan (Irish actress) It is the story of a girl who moved out of Ireland and went to the USA to pursue her dreams of having a different kind of life and forget the tamed and boring life she used to have when living with her mom and sister in her town. I found this movie interesting not only for the story about what being an immigrant might feel like and its ups and downs, but also listening to different accents in a movie is something that I am so excited about and this movie portraits that. In fact she meets an Italian immigrant in the movie and there's a story going on between them. Anyway I don't wanna spoil the move for you guys, if you're interested in watching it.

Absolutely Judy, whenever you have spare time I totally recommend you to see it. It's a drama movie, so it's sort of cool to watch on a boring Sunday. LOL

Really? Oh my God, that's wonderful! I was thinking that she would end up with the Irish guy at the end of the movie, I would've been mad at her, cause she had already gotten married to the Italian guy in Brooklyn fortunately she ends up with the right one, and I felt happy. LOL I am such a fool!

I thought I would hate this movie (because I think Sairose is a terrible actress), but I was positively surprised. The film wasn't only better because it's very linear (I mean, with no strong points).

That's is great that you saw it. In fact when she played this role I think it was one of her first Hollywood movies. When I first saw her in a movie was on "Lady Bird" sort of like a teenage-drama movie, and then heard of Brooklyn, but I had no clue what was it all about so I gave it a shot and did not disappointed me. It was good. I love her Irish accent, actually I tried to see the movie without subtitles on, but it was hard then I enable them, I am not used to the Irish accent :(

@Moon24 In my opinion it's a nice movie to watch on a Sunday afternoon, when you don't have anything to do. lol. it's a drama movie, so if you're into this type of movies, you'll love it. It's on Youtube for free if you might be interested in watching.
