I think my sons getting sick too by his behavior today

My daughter came down with a cold a day or two ago. I am thinking with the behavior my son showed today that he may be coming down with it and not know it. He was grumpy today and he didn’t know why. Yesterday he was in an excellent mood but not today! He wants to earn some money to buy things so even though I can do the dishes myself I told him he could do them sometimes when we arent in a hurry. He was excited yesterday to do them he thought it was kind of fun. What would have taken me maybe 15 minutes or less took him well over an hour but he was very thorough and careful! He ordered a Popz Fortnite figure on Amazon and it said it was going to be delivered around February 4-10. Yesterday we got an email saying it will arrive much sooner within a week. Because of that and getting to do the dishes he was so happy and said it was such a good day! So today his first class science he was being miserable and not listening and just kept saying negative things. After 50 minutes of it I hit my limit and he lost his PlayStation for the day. He asked me if he had to do the dishes today and I said no only if he wants to and if we have time for that. He said I basically bribed him yesterday. I explained that he wanted to earn money so I gave him a job to do! Then later today after he was done being so grumpy he said he liked doing the dishes yesterday Today in ELA he had to take a test. He couldn’t concentrate at all. He was laughing at first where it described students as pupils. He pictured them literally as parts of eyes sitting at desks. Some of the things he said which had absolutely nothing to do with the test were : Why do animals have tails? Who is Bill Murray? In 10 years I can get a job! I remembered I left the torch lighter outside when I burned the garbage two days ago and it was covered in snow. It took me about 15 seconds to run out and grab it and come back in. While out there I heard a bunch of loud noise. When I came back in I saw he had the dog on his lap and heard his teacher telling him it didn’t sound like he was working. He isn’t a hyper kid but I cannot leave the room for even 5 seconds or he’s up out of that seat bouncing around playing with the dog. I constantly have to sit beside him reminding him to sit down look at the screen be quiet and pay attention. Photo is of him doing the dishes yesterday.
