Making a Plan

This up coming Friday night, and all weekend, we are expecting bone chilling cold.
Lucky us, we will not have to go anywhere. No appointments. No shopping. Plenty of food.
We are going to set up a card table and we are going to relax and teach each other new games we grew up with or play some old ones that we both know.
Instead of dreading bad weather, we are going to enjoy it.
Winter cannot last forever.

The best thing you can do is cuddle up in your warm house and just wait for the cold to pass. Back in Latvia, my last winter was miserable. I was all alone in that old drafty house and the temps for two weeks were in the minuses. Now I am warming up in Florida but I still feel unusually cold when the nights get very cool. Hope things warm up for you soon.

Mostly we do not get unbearable weather. This is my best winter in this house so far as we finally got the furnaces serviced and functioning well.

@Courtlynn He is going to teach me to play cribbage. He likes chess as well. I like dominos and will teach him more about the game. We have yahtzee and the logo game as well as a few others.

They have changed the forecast and it will not be so bitter, but we will still play some games. It will be fun.

They have changed the forecast, but I will believe it when I see it. Now at least tomorrow will be a bit pleasant.
