I tried to watch Bullit.

While Claudia was asking me how I felt, I changed channels on TV and discovered Bullet with Steve McQueen. I stopped. Steve McQueen was one of my idols and I remembered that Bullit was an awesome movie. But time made the technicolor fade and I smiled tenderly at the old suitcases, the giant cars and the traveler cheques. The world has changed. And just as I remember sometimes that my father bought a computer with green letters in a black background, I can see now that many old things belong to the past. My favorite aunt gave me a typewriter (I loved them) but I don´t know how to get the tape for it. Bullit checked for fingerprints of the bad guys. But not even my father, who was a scientist, could imagine the many uses of DNA now. Are you aware of the fast spinning world?

Thank God we have a laptop to use other than having typewriter which is so far the oldest and the easiest way before, but the bad thing is that when the ink is done and you don't know how to fix it.

I liked better my typewrite to write stories in Spanish. It seems that there was a relation between my fingers and my mind.

I liked Steven McQueen but I never liked this movie. The too long car chase was boring.

The world has changed beyond recognition since that movie was made but it's still a great movie! I first saw it as a teenager when I bunked off school with a friend to go and see it at our local movie theatre. It was worth all the hassle when it was discovered what we had done!

Bullitt is a classic McQueen movie. Yes I am. It changes everyday with new technology.

I was listening to a Jim Reeves song the other day - He'll have to go - and thought how out of date it was. Talking about phones and juke boxes - so old hat now.

It seems that Steve Mc Queen ran the cars himself. I remember several such films of that time with awesome car races.
