You know you're an adult when... (A collection of reviews)

You know how, when you're a kid to a young adult - you're all excited about getting toys, and after the toys stage you're excited about getting entertainment (music, movies, video games, sports stuff, etc) and clothes. In the meantime the adults around you are all excited about getting things like bathroom rugs, pillows, and sheets - and you wonder why the adults are so boring. **Libman Mop Review** Well I guess I'm an adult now. I'm all excited because I got a new mop. But it's a cool mop! Enter the Libman Freedom Mop - it has a detachable bottle that you fill with your own cleaner (my favorite floor cleaner is vinegar diluted with water) - you attach the bottle and through a trigger device by the handle, you can spray the floor as you mop. The mop pad is launder able. Awesome! If you believe the packaging Libman is a family run company - so that makes me feel great too. Rating: 5 out of 5 F's (my own rating system now, lol) **L'Oreal Black Velvet Eyeliner** Normally my make up routine consists of moisturizer, chapstick, and a swipe of eyeliner most days. Keeping in mind this is an almost daily routine - I was ultra impressed with my last L'Oreal eyeliner purchase. It lasted me **over a year**. But, since it was over a year, of course they don't make that exact eyeliner any more. Instead I got my choice of tips. This is the kind of eyeliner that comes in a marker style - I do not like perforating my eyelid with the pencil kind. So, I chose the "black velvet" velvet tipped applier. This thing is like drawing on your eyelid with a marker that has been mashed too hard. I'm hoping that I adjust to using it. Rating: 3 out of 5 Fs **Maruchen Wonton Soup** Seeing as I had already tried the Campbell's version of wonton soup and was not impressed, I thought I would try Maruchen brand. Yeah, the same company that makes ramen noodles. Like ramen noodles, this version of wonton soup comes dried - in either a cup or a box. It was on sale for 50 cents - so I thought I couldn't go wrong. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it. But in my opinion it's actually quite good. The broth is really flavorful and the noodle part of the wonton has a great texture. The "meat" portion isn't meatball-like (like at your favorite Chinese restaurant) but instead could be described as.... savory paste.... which sound weird but I like. Sure, it isn't fancy and is probably not real great for a person, but I really enjoyed this cheap convivence version of a Chinese restaurant classic. Rating 5 out of 5 F's **Pioneer Woman edition Instant Pot : model Lux 60** I know I did a great deal of writing about this around holiday time - but I got an early birthday gift so I thought I would make a video about mine. Video (mine):
Fayehazel talks about instant pots and stuff. But mostly just instant pots

I don't believe I will ever reach the stage of maturity required to get excited over a mop.

Great reviews! And that is so true that kids are excited about those things while we are excited about appliances, or household things. I was excited when we got our ice cream maker recently....although my son was excited about that one too haha

@MommyOfEli2013 I've debated on getting an ice cream maker for years. Have you made any ice cream with it yet?

I guess we replaced those kiddie toys with grown up ones. It is funny how a household gadget which makes life easier for you gets one all excited like a present at Christmas I think I actually look forward to those cooking pan infomercials when their on TV. It's like oh boy, what non-stick material will they be using next?

So true. I know, right? I feel you on those pan infomercials - I like it when they do things like melt hard candy in one - like - who would do that anyway

@FayeHazel Those commercials are wearing down my willpower. I just wrote down the 800 number for the Gotham steel one, lol. And they always get you with their call now and get a special offer. Like a 2nd pan free along with free shipping. I mean how bad can it be?

I hate when a well loved beauty product no longer is made That stinks you didn't like the new eye liner you tried! I assume besides the instant pot that these weren't free things you got?

Oh so true. Why couldn't they still make the same one I had, and offer other tips - in addition if that's what they wanted to do. Oh well. Oh yeah! I bought everything that I just wrote about. Unfortunately I don't get those types of things free for reviews.... *sigh*

I enjoyed the video of the Instant Pot. I'm glad you had success with the Libman Mop and the soup. I'm sorry the eyeliner didn't do so well. What does the F stand for?
