Quesadillas and Sour Cream

Not much of a dinner for tonight. I am not that hungry. I decided on a few quesadillas and sour cream. I often enjoy a lot of the Mexican dishes but the best part is usually the guacamole and sour cream. Especially if the guacamole is homemade.
None of that tonight but I do have sour cream and it will be ready in a few minutes.
And I can have cake for dessert. Dinner plans? Have a good evening everyone.

I had a salad that we ordered from a pizza place. I was going to just heat up a tray of spanakopita and fry up some potatoes but I decided to go the salad route.
I think the next time I cook it will be a healthy stir fry.
I do love a quesadilla. I used to put salsa verde on mine but guacamole and sour cream sound great!

@CarolDM You can't get fresh veggies?
My aunt used to farm. They had a crop last year but I forget what she said happen to it.
Yes, I made a stir fry once that had green pepper, onion and some riced cauliflower in it. I then added shredded chicken. It was delicious.

Ok that's it, I'm coming over for dinner and dessert lol, I have some chicken legs going in my air fryer.

A quesadilla sounds very nice....don't usually have sour cream with it, but I bet that would be good.
I had another pizza wrap here, they are just so delicious and doesn't seem to affect my blood sugar :)
