The Chicken Almost Burn.

Oh my.
The chicken I am boiling almost burn. The water level in the pot is just half an inch from the bottom of the pot. Whew.
I am so hook in reading here. As some may have noticed, I am not around so much here the past two to three months I think. Good thing I remember it.
Anyways, it is all under control. I can read more now.
How are you all. I miss being here.

I am actually going to fry it. I usually boil my chicken with some salt before frying it so I am sure there will be no more blood inside it.

@hereandthere no. I will cook tinola on Friday dinner.
I was boiling the chicken with some seasoning before frying it tomorrow for my daughter's lunch. I do not like bloody chicken

@brokenbee in my case, it was 1 kettle of water boiling until it's completely dry.

I was just writing about something like that yesterday, I had bacon on the stove and was doing something online. The next thing I knew the smoke detectors were all going crazy!
