Oh my. The chicken I am boiling almost burn. The water level in the pot is just half an inch from the bottom of the pot. Whew. I am so hook in reading here. As some may have noticed, I am not around so much here the past two to three months I think. Good thing I remember it. Anyways, it is all under control. I can read more now. How are you all. I miss being here.

@sunrisefan @jobelbojel I am actually going to fry it. I usually boil my chicken with some salt before frying it so I am sure there will be no more blood inside it.

I had to stop reading books because I kept burning meals. It's easy to get very engrossed with what you're doing and forget about whatever is on the stove.

@JudyEv that is so true. One time my son called me because the soup I am boiling was overflowing the pot.

It happens to me sometimes. I was in so many burnt food situations when I first started learning(even until now) and I mostly had to redo everything.

Opps it looked like you were so engrossed with your mylotting that you forgot something important you were doing besides Mylot. I sure you learned your lesson now and won't repeat doing it in the coming days.

I was just writing about something like that yesterday, I had bacon on the stove and was doing something online. The next thing I knew the smoke detectors were all going crazy!
