What should I have for dinner? Please help me or I might...cough cough...starve to death.

I'm in one of those moods where nothing intrigues me more than anything else. The smell of Indian curry is wafting through my apartment (most of the people who live near me are Indian) and it's making me think about Indian food. But I could also go get some Thai curry. Or I could finish off the spinach ravioli in my fridge. But then, I haven't had a good old Mexican burrito in literally something like ten days. Please help me. I might starve to death if I don't make a decision within a few hours. I'm heading out to the Dollar Tree to get toilet paper, shaving cream, coconut milk, and other basic necessities for my first world existence. But if I don't eat a good dinner, it's all moot. I will be dead.

My son is making Jambalaya tonight. His is delicious with kielbasa and shrimp and cauliflower rice instead of the regular rice. It has onion, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes and various spices. We like ours spicy.

@TheHorse -- the pictured food looks good (save for the peas, I'm allergic to them). You can be act like a Kentuckian and make burgoo. Try Thai Mexican food for a change. Got any White Castles near you?
