I really thought I wanted all of this stuff I brought home from mom's house, HA!! I done fooled myself

Soon I will make a donation run, just gotta figure out where to donate.

Silly me, right?

Hey, I found a shot I took in 2010 of downtown El Paso, those really tall buildings are downtown El Paso and you can see Juarez right behind them. Those mountains are in Mexico. I was standing on Scenic Dr. which overlooks both El Paso and Juarez

Nice photo. Sorting through stuff gets old, really fast. I'm trying to tame the monster in my sewing room. When I come up for air later, I hope I can walk across the room.

This is a nice landscape. I am also organizing some of our photos. This is a view of Lake Maggiore (20 minutes from our location), from the top of a hill.

I brought back a heap of things from my Mum's house too but then decided I didn't really want them. I've been able to pass on a lot of stuff to a nephew who was very close to my mother so I feel good about that.

You were lucky. My sibling took what was wanted long before I started cleaning her house, I was left with the "garbage" not wanted but I still found a few treasures sibling was too lazy to look through to find .... I do have all mom's photos so that's something I can treasure.

Thank you. I'm not really sorry because it gives me a chance to go through all of it to decide if I really want it. But organizing is still such a beach.

Actually, most of the area behind the tall buildings are in Mexico not the US. But I do have other shots of just El Paso.

take pics 'f those thingies ya hold dear yet've not the space/need fer. 's fer where to donate, such'd depend'n what such'd be. clothin' to the women's shelter, they're always'n need.

That's where I usually donate to. I thought about that but if I did that then looked through them as I age I might regret having donated them, tis better I donate and forget about it.
