When last did you have a medical check up

Do you go for a check-up or you just visit when you're sick? I just visited the doc today and never knew I had a little health problem and it was swiftly tackled. How do you go about yours? Do you go for a checkup periodically or only pay a visit when sick

I have chronic illnesses so I get regular check-ups. In fact, I have two next week...plus a dentist appointment the week after!!

I take antidepressants, and I get a small check-up every year. Just blood tests, EKG and blood pressure.
