Laundry Day Today

I wasn't expecting it, but my son called me instead of my calling him. I would have called him at some point today. I'm glad he called. This is the last day he has off. He also had off on Sunday, but that would have been too close to last week's laundry day.
So, I'm a lucky person today. I get to spend time with my youngest son. He'll be here in half an hour to pick me up. I only have one small load, but at least they'll be clean and I won't need to worry about what to wear on Thursday when I meet with my publisher. A friend from church is giving me a ride to that appointment.

I saw my grandson too. He dyed his hair blond. Not a good look on him, but I'm not telling him that.@just4him (323168)

@FayeHazel Yes, it is his choice. I know a lot of people dye their hair in all kinds of weird colors. It looks good on some, on others not so much. I didn't say anything to my grandson.

@just4him Oh cool. Ah at least he's trying new things, but I know what you mean. My cousin's kid used to be a nice looking boy (natural blonde) - dyed his hair red. Not a good look for him, but …. that's his choice I suppose

I still need to put away my clothes from laundry 2 weeks ago. Instead, I work on my webcomic just seeing the pile mocking me. Have a great time with your son!

@just4him Haha, I was putting them away as soon as I got them in from the clothing line, but my dresser broke so everything got out of hand. Thank you! I think it is doing well, at least as well as it can be for just a little weekly thing haha

So glad you got your laundry done and had some time with your son and that arraignemnts are made for your appointment with your publisher on Thursday. The only plan I had was to walk across the highway and down two blocks to find a lamp for my bedroom and found two small LED blue LED lamps that seem like they will provide enough light in the room after plugging one in. Need help to get the other plugged in where I think I want iy nrxt to thehead of the bed, but am happy and it cost me less than 12 dollars for the two lamps.

Since I don't have a machine to wash my dirty clothes but I have a lady that will come here to wash it by hand in the nearby spring waters.Good that you have a great day with your son.
