Funny, I have been so busy trying to catch up on notifications I did not even notice the cool dollar signs for payday today! Sharing a photo of my ten dollars. It was the only photo of money I had on my computer. I read a post written by Nevena about payment being received. That was the first time I had even thought about it. I hope you all were able to get paid today and are having a great Friday. It has been raining off and on here. But I have had plenty to do inside. Hopefully more blooms will appear after all the rain is done in the next day or so. Thanks to all of you for reading and commenting on my posts. It is greatly appreciated. Plans for the weekend? Nothing here. Just hanging around and watching the birds.

@caroldm I was more focused on spending today rather then earning. I booked a cottage on the Connemara coast for the start of September, the best part of the year to be there. It's right on the shore and utterly isolated. I never book a holiday this far in advance and it feels a bit unreal.

Where we live, they are having Thunder Over Louisville which we will be watching on tv. At my age, I don't fight the crowds to go there in person. My brother is cooking ribs which is one of my favorites.

I noticed it when I logged in this morning. Yes, I got paid and now I try to make an impossible goal. Usually, by payday, I have a little more in the bank than I'm looking at for the moment.
