What did you have for dinner last night?

My tummy hurt a bit last night. So I decided not to go for anything elaborate. I had Andersen's Pea Soup, with some sour dough bread on the side. It was delicious and settled my stomach. What did you have for dinner last night?

Vegetable soup made from scratch and fresh salad with blueberries to round out the meal. This is typical for us and many of our choices are raw.

@TheHorse Vegetables! We simmer veggies until they are soft and turn some in a blender so this provides the liquid base (usually needs water too). The vegetables we use vary by season, but it usually easy to have our favorites, such as carrots, garlic and onion in the soup.

Sounds good--and healthy. What do you use as "stock"--to make the broth rich and flavorful?

@scarlet_woman I could barely survive without and oven...many of my incredible recipes...I mean frozen Trader Joe's foods...have to be heated up in the oven.
